Introducing Palmetto Moon Catering

I want to take a moment to introduce Kim Sweet Cooper, she is a dear, sweet friend of mine from Pelzer, SC. We met a number of years ago and have remained incontact regularly. Kim or Kimmy as she is prefers, is an amazing cook and has a catering business called Palmetto Moon Catering.

Kim has offered to provide some recipes to Square Foot Gardening for the Red River Valley that coincide with the produce that is fresh and in season each week. I know that you will enjoy the tasty dishes that Kim offers.
